It's better to double the scoring criteria because a single point represents such a large archetype of women, 1 being burn victim, 10 being normal and 20 being Bathsheba(In the Bible she's the beautiful woman who's husband King David essentially had killed in battle to take her for his own). Under this new scoring criteria, this news anchor would be a 13-14, probably a 15 during her prime years in her 20s.
