Can we have some recognition for Mark Pritchard? It’s his song, he produced it and Thom’s the brilliant collaborator. Sheesh. Listen to rest of the album it’s from, Under The Sun. It’s fantastic.

@dimitriskaraiskos8944 It's coming we just don't know when exactly. He's done a whole new collab album with Thom, we know because of ASCAP registering 12 new songs.

Thom is my favorite artist and favorite person even if back 30 years ago he screamed into the camera with his very blondish hair at a beach concert and dived right into the pool, I'm glad he's in half of the artists songs that I know.

I can’t get enough of this song. Mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, rainy, snowy, sunny, breezy, hills, oceans, plains, calm, chaos, light, dark, here, there, above and beyond. I can and I do listen to this song any time, all time, every time.

I can't find a flaw in this music/video. So transcending and soothing. To be able to a take a simple melody and repeat throughout the song, and weave other melodies within that repeating melody is not as easy as it sounds. Fantastic work.

Every time I hear this song, I feel like I’m being asked to remember that humanity, with all its needless drama, chaos and possibility of destruction - that there is also a capability within most of us for good. That our place is with this planet earth, so impossibly able to create life and out of all those rare chances, we are lucky to be here and alive.

Supernal piece of fine art. I can't think of anything else to compare this to. Every intricate detail in this song and video gives an ethereal feeling. The natural woodwind to create ancient folk soundscape. The subtle pitch bend on the keyboard, Tom Yorkes voice and the video, of which seems to be played backwards and reversed, kind of reminds me of Prometheus in the early scenes with Iceland being the backdrop. The lyrics seem to shock the hairs on my arms. A masterpiece, 4 years on and I'm still stunned...

I'd like to chime in as the person who has possibly watched this video more than anyone else. It is an astonishing work of art, and I feel it deserves to be re-released as a 4k video with surround sound and all the bells and whistles anyone could deliver. Not a demand of course, but simply a suggestion for what might possibly be the greatest music video of all time.

the original lyrics from the album booklet Hence my care for you Beautiful people You know you’re that Hence my care for you I can’t go back On all of that Hence my care for you That the love is ours That the love is ours A flap of the wings and the chaos that it brings Wake up my love Please don’t be sad There is no time That the light goes on That the light goes off Flies out of the window while angels stroke you hair To know you’re that I can’t go back I’m running blind I’m running blind I’m running blind Hence my care for you Beautiful people Taken from us (that our love is blind) If there is a God Hence my care for you You know you’re that And I am so afraid I’m running blind to the faces I have I can’t go back, to all of that To know you’re that I can’t go back I dial out the bad I dial out the bad Hence my care for you If there is a God If there is a God Cut me some slack

I'm reading these comments and y'all are obviously asleep on the brilliance of Mark Pritchard and giving all the praise to Thom Yorke.
