Really interesting trial. Exceedingly bad character is not illegal.. so, state needs something else; dylans blood or dna in Marks newly renovated home would be a start. Dylan brother is really quite impressive as a witness too but in my opinion the boys should have brought mom into their confidences before the trip. Blood or dna on Marks atv would close the prosecutors case.

The courts do that too. Each case should be judged on the merits of the individual parents. Some fathers are better parents than the mothers. Some fathers aren’t fit to be parents, and visa versa.
