Ohio Cop Says Sheriff Spread Intimate Photos After Botched Arrest: Lawsuit

Ohio police officer Miranda Brothers is suing the county and sheriff where she lives claiming she was prosecuted for a crime where there was no evidence. Brothers' suit also claims a member of the Portage County Sheriff's Office found private photos on her phone and shared them with others. The misdemeanor child endangering charge filed against Brothers was eventually dismissed. We saw the mess that started all of this going back to 2021. The now former Mayor and Former County Prosecutor where also involved. Don't think for a second that this wasn't a "Politically Targeted" retribution case. Not only against her, But the Police Chief also. Which they both are still employed by the city of Mantua,Ohio. And last known are still in a Romantic relationship. And it was deemed to have NOT broken any rules of policy of the city or department at the time that relationship started. The City of Mantua,Ohio has since changed that policy. But they (Mayor and City Council) could NOT do anything about it at that point. That was a private investigation that was held back in 2021 or 2022 if I recall my dates correctly. Its all public information on that Investigation.
