Will always be thankful for Coach Richt and what he meant to Athens! My freshman year was 2000 when we stormed the field and tore down goal posts against TN with Quincy Carter! Next year was Coach Richt and the rest was history! Go Dawgs and Beat Parkinson Coach Richt

Class act. Once my second son won a dinner with Coach Richt and other winners at ESPN Zone in Atlanta. About 100 there. He took time for pics after event with every winner. This is the neat part: my son pulls out cell phone and puts Coach on the phone with my first son…Coach laughed and spoke with him a moment but my first son couldn’t believe it was Coach…haha…good times

Never had the drive and intensity as Kirby. Nice guy and nice coach
