Of course there is a difference. Each audio engine is different. Logic audio for example is more mids focused, more smooth or mellow. Cubase is more "clear" and "sharp" to my ears.

while using what? load->cut->bounce the same wavs? eqing while trying to match the curves? of cause you get a difference if you use some kine of "analog emulation" or other "advanced" plugins.

To paraphrase Frank Zappa, nobody looks good with brown lipstick on but Mark Roos looks ridiculous. C'mon man, that's a sad case of fanboyitis if there ever was one. We're only in it for the money is another Zappa-ism that comes to mind. And DAWs don't have sounds anymore, not after say 2005-2010-ish but don't quote me on when. Videos like these makes products like cheap and fake contrary to the intention, and it's hard to trust people who religiously fawn over one product, Btw what does he really know if all he used is Cubase? And don't get me wrong. Iv'e used Cubase since Atari twice as long as Mark and it's my tool of choice because it works for me. However it's not a fetish. It won't hurt to ALSO use tools with other names than Steinberg on them.
