His second would be mandatory attendance by MPs.to each parliamentary vote.Punishable by deselection and a local election in any affected seat.(the financial cost of each premature election to be borne by the party responsible) His 3rd act would of course be a permanent ban for any mp LYING to parliament who did not as punishment walk barefoot in the street wearing a sackcloth,apologising for wasting everybody's time and the huge amount of money. 4th act would be being forced to put EVERY OBJET D'ART that they claim a tax exemption for to be on FREE PUBLIC DISPLAY in their local museum for no less than 90days of the year,or to pay back TRIPLE that exemption to that museum YEARLY.* *backdated to when that exemption actually began. (The alternative is to open all their homes ALL YEAR ROUND to the general public and provide hobnobs and tea on the second Sunday of each month.) 5th act would be the enforcement of a new financial act.All MPs to be under close financial scrutiny by their opponent. if EITHER ....fails to comply with full disclosure....and they are found to have NOT declared.....a financial interest... the responsible mp must immediately resign.....if their impropriety is not disclosed by their 'SHADOW'/he goes too. 6th act...The OPEN PUBLICATION of EVERY ....BLACK BOOK FILE.....held by party whips. Thus ending four generations of institutional stonewalling by every sitting parliament since they have been covering up for the likes of Jimmy Saville for years. 7th act.Each SERVING HOME SECRETARY and head of police to have their personal finances STRIPPED BARE if they fail to PUBLICLY investigate a breach by ANY MP,above in a "TIMELY FASHION" example.illegal gatherings in breach of uk.law. Said financial penalty would go quite some way into paying for the nhs costs for a covid ward or two..BORIS.
