Mr. Travis has nearly two decades of mineral industry experience working with precious metals, base metals, and energy metals thru out the Western US. He has work with major to junior mining companies from production to development, open pit to underground. Mr. Travis helped Strathmore Minerals in Wyoming develop their Gas Hills properties during the last Uranium boom in 2006 - 2013. He was Strathmore Mineral’s R.S.O. and successfully permitted their PFN geophysical tool for down-hole in-situ assaying of uranium. Exploration has always been a cornerstone of his career and has focused his efforts towards mineral exploration geology. Mr. Travis is Director of the Geological Society of Nevada as well as Director of the Nevada Mineral Exploration Coalition. He is a CPG thru AIPG and got his undergraduate degree from University of Wyoming.

nuclear power is safe and environmentally friendly. We need to campaign for nuclear and bust the myths that make people afraid of it.

Well I take another approach or view. Uranium or nuclear should be used for electricity cause it’s more efficient for energy input to energy output, but also if more places switched to nuclear then oil wouldn’t be burned for electricity so it’d actually increase oil reserves. I don’t think we’ll run out but there’s probably some truth that over time finding resources gets more expensive. Idk I also read like what the carbon levels are 0.04% or something and if it gets below 0.02% then plants die. It’s like obviously the bogs and buried animals and plants that eventually became coal or oil all that carbon used to be in the atmosphere and there were animals and plants then too. Perhaps releasing carbon is bad for some but good for others.
