Hi there Mark, thanks for the video. We have an issue where ever so often the red light comes on and we have to press the button and restart the heating. Then I could be fine for weeks. Then it happens again. Is this a fault with the programmer? I have changed the batteries and did the re binding process. Thanks a lot.

Thanks Mark just re bin my heating control great, only trouble is I am having difficulty turning the temp up on the control unit I press the temp up to 24 but after a second or so it just goes back to 21 not sure why this is happening?

Hi, I have a707 thermostat with out a programmer. The thermo has previously been turning the boiler on allowing heating to go round the house but that stopped a few days ago. Heating don't come on now no matter what I do. How do I sort this? Thank you in advance.

Dear Mark, I have been using for 3 years CMT 727. After the battery replacement it did not communicate with the relay box again. Tried to pair but didnt do it. I follow all the steps according to the attached document, and when I press the OK button in the last step, there is no change in the relay box. The red LED continues to flash. I think running out of battery shouldn't cause it to break down. please can you help me
