Hi, Nice... It gets better with refresher. Queries.. What's range point wise for wide IB and narrow IB What's low VIX & high VIX (in points) as per ur observation to link with IB range to understand the Day type

Hi Aman, Range point would depend on beta value of stock. For high beta stock, anything above 1% is good. Vix below 16 would lead to more Neutral days. Once VIX crosses 17-18, you will start seeing more trending days showing up. Hope this helps. Tc

Great work buddy. Trying to figure out the entire picture of market profile and relating all the concepts. However you mentioned you have analyzed the Initial balance of most of the stocks and then you can decide which stocks have higher probability of trend. Have you concluded by doing back testing with historical data. Is it possible to share the file with me.

If you find single TPO's way above or way below (Lets say 6 TPO's) above/below the initial balance, and also check the OPEN/CLOSE w.r.t previous time-frames, is that enough to classify it as as a TREND PROFILE.

Sure Rajesh I scan it manually. I dont have too many instruments on watch list and hence its easy to scan it manually for trading opportunities.
