I've been a successful real estate broker for over 30 years. This information is probably the best I have heard out there in a long time. So ironic that I still use something very similar to this in my listing presentation to sellers. It works today. just as well as it did when I was a brand new broker.

Why is it the wisest words are shared by those who have been in the industry a long time? The fundamentals never go away. No matter how much we try we can't avoid "diet & exercise". There's no magic pill. Hard work, in any market, will make magic happen. Sure, there are those that will jump in, make a ton of cash, and sneak back out, but, if you want to stay within this industry for decades to come, stick to the basics. Little by little (with some leaps and bounds here and there), growth happens. Great video and thank you so much for sharing this content!
