The ELF primer container uses an airless pump. As you use up the product, it moves up toward the top. That woman took a picture of it after she'd run out and freaked out saying it only holds a tiny amount, not understanding how an airless pump works. A lot of cosmetics come in this type of packaging now because it allows you to use all of the product instead of having any stuck to the sides of the bottle. It's really not difficult to work out. She bought it for $6 and it lasted her a month, but she expected it to last a year. After actually measuring the number of pumps you could get out of it, it's clear she was using much more than she claimed and was completely wrong in calling out the company on social media. Even if you don't know what an airless pump is, it's not hard to read the packaging and see how much it contains. Just know your damn measurements, people.

Julia Falbo It's an airless pump, when you use the product the bottom thing would move up so that you can get every drop of the product. It happens because of the vacuum. It's physics go search it somewhere if you want more detail. Also airless pumps usually are quite bulky so it probably won't have as much product as it looks like so i do recommend you check the volume of the product beforehand.
