I made pomegranate juice a few months ago and it was really good but it took like 2 pomegranates and I didn’t even get 8oz.. and cutting them was so time consuming compared to other fruits. I’m going to try again because people really wanted that juice.

Yesssss Tee you’re doing it!! If I was a one man team I would simplify my menu down to my 6 best sellers, for 6packs sales, lower my serving size to serve 8oz to serve more people on a smaller machine and price my items with a high margin, don’t be afraid to charge for your product. I’d invest in a Sammic asap to get hours of my day back for marketing and keep trucking! How old are your kids? Kids these days are wizards with technology. They might be able to help ya out with marketing.

@@LaurenMattice i have 6 solid recipes! I have 16oz bottles, I just talked to BOA they said to stop making them from my kitchen. I had no luck with renting kitchen space, restaurant I work at wont pass inspection so now Instead buying a storefront a truck is my next area i just got the application from BOH. I have 2,3,11,15 yr old my oldest is shy lol but he will help.
