This is absolutely fantastic Wes. I run a business training teachers in Thailand and content marketing has by far been our workhorse, but right now it's just me and my one Thai partner. I knew there were ways for AI to help carry some workload, so jumped on KZbin to look for actionable ways to make it happen. I think I actually started with a Gary V video, which (as much as I love the guy) was an absolute waste of 15 minutes. Your video is deep yet actionable and digestible at any level of business. I literally had ChatGPT open and was stopping the video after each section to actually do everything you talked about, and it worked like a charm. Change the wording a bit like: make the title in open loop style or a title that targets a certain keyword phrase that invokes curiosity... just test different languaging models. Tip: you can also tell it to learn from a certain person or other content. In other words, you can train it!

I've noticed one important thing about AI-generated content, both image and text - people can really like it until you tell them that it's AI-made, so of course, the best thing to do is to be silent about its origin and try to edit it to make it look more human, as you suggest in your PDF.

During my ongoing experiments, you can tell it to make it 1500 words and to expand on certain points along with telling it to write as if it's Dan Kennedy or Stephen King. You can even tell it to do a table of contents using low competition yet highly searched keywords targeting a certain phrase 💡

I'm going to use some of these techniques to help me market my business. But I have to say it is rather depressing to think about the near future where everyone is just churning out massive amounts of generated click-bait content marketing. I'm not sure how content marketing survives - why would I read your article on how to put my kids to sleep when I can just go the source and ask the model myself? Google's bard is already answering questions directly from the search bar. And that leads me to wonder what happens when no one is writing original content - how do you train an LLM on the text of the internet when the vast majority of it is AI generated? We're not there yet, but I think it will happen pretty quickly.

Great video. I have the same feeling I do when I see any video about GPT- what's the point? It s like, Chat GPT does what we already would do without it, look across the web and mimic, rewrite, re-voice what is already out there, or, write from experience. But then, if it's just repackaged content, what's the point? Is it various algorithms' insatiable need for "new" content that justifies marketers using GPT as in this video? There going to be a point in time where people sort of wake up and demand more meaning to life than repurposing random internet dribble to please a client in order to get paid and feed your family lol. I think most people are in denial that, as a species, we are in the eye of the storm when it comes to life's meaning, and soon the second wall of the existential hurricane will force us to come to terms with the specific flavor of irrelevancy LLMs have rendered certain career paths.
