Instead, imagine buying BTC now and watch as it reaches half the US debt, 3/4, or even equals or surpasses the US debt. The BTC strategic reserve is not about backing USD with BTC (similar to what gold was). Think of it to be similar to the strategic petroleum reserve, and in this case, become an asset which has the potential to pay down some of the US debt in the long term. He is not so much of an expert really. Bloomberg, bring in better people for expert interviews.
