primadayna I started to worry because I had no clue where the airport was, because AF1 was low, and I believe they were at 800 feet when they did the flyover. Back in 2010, there was a flyover at the U of Iowa before a game against Ohio State. The top of the press box, (at that time) the highest point of the stadium, is 137 feet above ground, said Kim McDonald of Neumann Monson Architects in Iowa City, which designed plans for the stadium's renovation. Videos and witness accounts show the four Talon T-38 Trainer jets appeared to be at or slightly above that level during the flyover before they cleared the south scoreboard, which McDonald said is just 112 feet above the ground. I know I wasn't the only one who thought they were going to take out the jumbotron at the south end of the field, and there are a fair number of videos when they did that. At least one pilot lost his wings, but after a few months of investigating, the wings were reinstated. Apparently there was another (smaller) aircraft in the air at the time and they didn't want a collision.

I live in Austin and I was working in a warehouse in I think it was 2019 and I was standing in one of the open dock doors on Twitter and saw the local news was at the Airport waiting for President Trump. I looked up from my phone and I shit you not there he was! Air Force 1 was flying north about to turn back south and land at the airport. Still got the Video too. First time I ever saw Air Force One actually in person (from a ground perspective) and it was huge when it came back around I got on the PA and made an announcement for everybody to come outside to the spillway and look up. I hope I can see it again some day.
