I’m confused. How does an influx in patients lead to financial shortfalls at Planned Parenthood? We need more locations, not fewer.

Has anyone ever met Nikki Budzinski? Is she just AI? Her flat affect combined with the fact that she's never once shown up to any of the events she's scheduled to to be at in order to meet with her constituents suggests that she isn't real. She honors no office hours, so there's no way to ask her why she constantly votes with Republicans. Does she actually exist? Has anyone ACTUALY laid eyes on her in real life? If she exists, she visits Champaign even less often than Rodney Davis did!
