So, I've checked around a bit, and apparently, this is real. Way back in 2021, Mark posted a video in which he mentioned that he'd be flying to Canada to film a visual counterpart to the edge of sleep. It's probably just undergone years of editing and production as shows do. So, yeah, it's real. And now that I think about it, he was in Canada in 2021, and he came back to U.S. with the Takis video.
