Yeah. For real though. As a Technoblade fan who only got to be his fan roughly during the last 2 years of his life, it hit terribly when he passed away. So, we really do have to treasure these lovely people. 🥲⭐️

Nah you’ll be fine. You’ll be working your job then going home. You say hi to your kids while you wait for dinner. Then you get a notification from a friend you haven’t spoken to in months. ‘Dude, did you hear markiplier died?’ You’d completely forgotten about him, life has taken its toll and flown by. You remember this comment you made on the hurt you’d feel. But there’s very little. There’s only a cold realisation that you too are nearing the end.

@egg580210 ай бұрын
Nostalgia for a time that has yet to be. Mourning what is not yet lost. You are most likely experiencing an emotion referred to by some philosophers as “The Absurd.” The knowledge that life is either meaningless or that its purpose cannot be known at this time. Your ultimate future is largely set in stone. In a way it is freeing, to know your actions will have little consequence on the cosmic scale. But it is hard to shake the melancholy it brings.

You might think this is a funny ironic meme, for now. But if I somehow find this video 20 years from now, I'll sit in silence and watch it. And I will cry. Because no matter what the world will look like then, it will not be the same. It will change drastically. And the nostalgia will truly be there, no irony, only tears and memories of my student life.
