In the almost 3 years since this game came out, Boring Springs is one of my favorite beginning/tutorial areas in a RPG. It perfectly sets the tone for the rest of the game, introduces the world and mechanics in digestible, bite-sized bits, with plenty of optional items and quest objectives. I remember that his live show was happening around the same time as this series. My friend went to it and had made Mark a paper machete and tinfoil spittoon. They were able to sit pretty close to the stage and held it up for him. According to the friend, Mark saw it and his eyes lit up but he kept doing the show. The story and this series have stuck with me since.

I was going back through old videos and realized I’ve been watching Mark for 6-7 yrs now and I still can’t get enough. I always get a huge smile on my face when I see he uploaded. He was there for me during my days in school when I had no friends, and he’s here for me still now after school, and now working a full time job and expecting. He saved my life multiple times, videos like these make my day. I’m so blessed to have found his videos!
