I mean, that's basically what MeToo started with and still runs heavily off of. The best solution for the dilemma you describe is to prevent it from existing (catch-22), which requires greater cultural and sociopolitical change than a single person can reasonably affect alone. If not much else, a lot of companies are at least hearing how common it actually is... and more importantly (from their perspective), that a lot of us don't want to give any of our money to companies that "ascend" by traumatizing and abusing people, sexually or otherwise. I had almost that exact thing happened but I got lucky with it. My coworker was being a complete pig towards women who came into the gym and basically women in general treating them as objects and talking to them as lesser. Don't forget the sprinkle of racism on top of that. I called him out and told him it was unacceptable, he argued with me for 30 minutes about it trying to justify his behaviours before eventually just giving up and telling me to f*ck off. I reported him 5 separate times to my general manager with visual proof of this guy's actions and I was told each time to "leave him alone" that management will "handle it". So I got the number to hr and to my reginal manager and threatened my gm with reporting him also so he pulled his head out of the sand and made a report about the coworker. In the end my reginal was a woman so when she confronted the coworker he told her to f*ck off, eat sh*t, and d*e. Tried to vaguely threaten me as well as throwing his uniform shirt at the reginal he stormed out of the building and kicked down our sign on his way past it. But three of the males that still work with me have contact with the coworker and he tells them all the time about how great they were and how it was the reginal and all the other women that were just b*tches to him.

First off, would like to note that (sexual) harrassment is completely case by case, and this is mainly FOR and ONLY for scenarios like Anna/Murv... choosing NOT to go through with it is still a win. 1. Boss isn't upset and is thankful (to some extents). 2. Boss has higher chance on approving her study leave. 3. Her boss says he will have a talk with Murv, so we can assume that Murv will then have a target painted on his back so he will no longer sexually harass her or other female coworkers. 4. Even if 1-3 do not end up well, she can blackmail the boss about reporting Murv and causing a scandal. 5. She CAN still report via Elizabeth AFTER the deal goes through, since Elizabeth clearly states that she will let the report through AND WON'T BLOCK IT. she has such power plays over this, so why sacrifice so much potential profit over justice for only herself (as far as we know). Point 5 still lets her get her justice, this isn't murder or kiddy diddling, it CAN literally wait.

Hey Mark? If you ever decide to go through it again, here are a few pointers to get the best ending. 1. Trust Taylor over Greg every time. 2. When Ashley says she loves you, say it back. 3. When you make the SPark Profile, use the picture of Ashley she sends you when you return her feelings as well as her name. 4. Don't tell Ashley you're not really Anna. Those four points alone will be a big help to you, because other then the ending you got, you have three others. You can save Anna and Taylor together, or only one of them each. I hope you do another one showing us your achievement of those endings.
