I have learned a lot from many on youtube. I like the jig boards on the CNC table. It allows for all kinds of quick clamping. When the front part spun up when the onion skin wasn't thick enough and the 3/4" screw on the washer came out of the jig board it was my own fault using too short of a screw. Over the past 4 years I have lost the axis in this case Z a few times when a small part flips up and jams the CNC movement. After that happens all bets are off. It can go into smoke fire city quick! I have only had smoke 2 times so even with something I think is a safe bet I treat it like a smoldering fuse. Thanks for the post.
