Another good video, mate. You're right, injury occurs when you least expect it. This Easter was riding with a few mates, nothing difficult and had a pedal strike, went over the bars. Fractured clavicle, several broken ribs, pneumohaemothorax, 8 days in hospital with a chest drain, some sort of strange injection and a Covid-19 test. It just doesn't take much and only now am I getting back to full fitness. Hope you have a quick recovery, all the best.

Sorry to hear about your injury. It sound like you are very knowledgeable about your recovery routines and eating a balanced diet. I would love to see a video or video series’s on your recovery and what you are eating, supplements you are taking, workouts and your overall positive attitude. There are a lot of biking videos out there and it would be referring to see guys like yourself off the bike and what you do to keep riding at a high level. This would be a perfect opportunity to dive into a new series’s. Hope you recover quickly and safely.

Hey Mark , I was in cumberland last week with the family camping at the lake. Chesty for the win. More stable field of view and it frames the video so much better. The helmet cam is always pointing down slightly so it loses some perspective. I switched from helmet mount to chest mount on my own videos and never went back.
