@DavidPachón8591Ай бұрын

If he did then he would only be able to play one that turn instead of multiple because after the first tendril his turn would be over.
@zyury1578Ай бұрын
Is called BM, is not like the priest had any chance of winning by that point in the game😂
@graysaltine603528 күн бұрын
@@BradGreer Because if he let tendrils summon new minions with ZZZ they wouldnt be able to trade anyway and he would be just as boardlocked the next turn, with minions that have too much health to die and free up space. Ensuring he could always trade one tendie and play one tendie meant he would always have something that could die in a trade and therefor play at least one tendie. Obviously if he was just playing for value/victory it would be different but he was just ensuring he could play as many tendies as possible for the meme.

@ramirogonzalez230Ай бұрын
I've wondered so long how to calculate that. Could you tell me how you did the math please?
@temtempo13Ай бұрын
@@ramirogonzalez230 Sure thing! In this case, it's pretty simple: we have a number of independent events, all of which must be true for it to be a "successful" result. That means all we have to do is multiply the odds of each independent event together to get our final result. We start with 30 cards in our deck, 22 of which are the card we're looking for. That means the chance of our first draw being a hit is 22/30. Now we draw again: this time, there are 21 hits in 29 cards. So the odds of our second draw being a hit after our first draw was a hit is 21/29. Then we draw a third time: after two successful hits, our deck has 20 hits left in 28 cards, so our odds of a third hit in a row is 20/28. Now let's multiply these together: (22/30) * (21/29) * (20/28) Simplify... (11/15) * (21/29) * (5/7) Cancel factors in numerator and denominator... (11/5) * (7/29) * (5/7) (11/5) * (1/29) * (5/1) (11/1) * (1/29) * (1/1) =11/29 ...which turns out to be 0.3793, or 37.93% If you want to calculate the rest of the odds, you can keep going from there: the next factor would be 19/27, then 18/26, etc. It gets much trickier when you start getting into "how likely is it to get X hits in N draws," but thankfully we don't need to handle that here. Did that help?

@@niccreznic8259 On the one hand, I feel like it would be more fun to actually get the effects of the spells you're playing. On the other hand, there was no need for stardriver to be so bizarrely rude about it.
