It's the best mana cheat setup available. The only way to get more mana in a turn is to involve Guff. :)

Probably easier to do this with Sanctum Chandler instead of Auctioneer... Since then you don't need Hemet because you tutor specifically spells (You can also fish for Ignites using things like First Flame and Hot Streak) provided you build your deck minion heavy (Also means Polkelt can easily set up your deck to draw the combo)

Suggested this to him before :p skip thaddius, 1 ignite, and bonewhisper Play elemental evocation and a 3 mana chandler. Play sorcerer’s for 4 (total 7). Play molten reflection for 1 with hot streak and the sorc apprentice discounting 2 and 1, respectively - draws you two spells since they’re both fire spells (total 8). If that’s all your spells, you’ve drawn ignite and can proceed to end the game by redrawing it immediately. You need 8 mana and 5 cards or you can do it with 10 mana and 4 cards. Alternatively get a 1/1 apprentice t7 as a setup

Back in the day we needed 4 Sorcerer's Apprentice alongside Archmage Antonidas to do this. Hearthstone powercreep at it's finest! In a similar fashion, having the 3 mana Tamsin on board as Warlock alongside Thaddius will cause Tamsin to keep generating constant Shadow spells as long as the player has the mana for it. Pretty insane when Twisting Tether wipes the enemy board, meanwhile generating a very scary undead to follow.

So I don't have Hemet. Instead I swapped the Auctioneer for a Sanctum Chandler. This means I just need to get rid of spells in my deck instead of emptying my whole deck. Any good ways to empty spells faster? Edit: So I added Skulking, and got rid of all spells that cost 2 or more except for 1 Ignite. I added a bunch of 1 mana frost spells like brain freeze, ice lance, and snap freeze. Included Bloodmage, and Herold of Lokhar. This deck draws the same ignite over and over. You can combo on either odd or even polarity. Even polarity gives you infinite damage, but odd polarity lets you cast ignite 5 times. As long as you've been pumping it up, you can still OTK.

I've played a similar deck in standard using Sanctum Chandler (a 5 mana 4/5 elemental), 1 copy of Ignite and 2 copies of Hot Streak and no other spells in the deck. Sanctum Chandler draws a spell from your deck AFTER you play a fire spell so the copy of Ignite gets shuffled into your deck then Sanctum Chandler draws that copy of Ignite. Then win. Easy.

This feels excessive for no reason lol. You can just play Hemet on an earlier turn, take 1 damage from Fatigue, then Apprentice + + Stargazer Luna and not use any other cost reduction. The only requirement is a 2 or less cost spell in hand which is very likely.

Bonelord into thaddius isn’t apart of the combo, it just makes the combo happen. It’s a lot better of an alternative than summoning 80 thaurissans to get the discounts needed. He’s still doing the same creative stuff he always has been, just has a new, much easier way, of getting the mana to pull off these new combos.
