Great vids, great style and cheers for the TABS! Highly recommend Marko - it's a pity we cannot buy these brands of equipment and guitars and pickups here in the south pacific.

@@MarkoKarhu Marko, This is so great that I have another request. Do you think you could do the whole song? The opening licks and phrases, and really almost all of them throughout the song are so great. I can get about 50%, but that's it. You wouldn't even have to tab it. Just play it. We can put it on half speed and see what is being done at that point. If you can't I understand, but it would be great.

Wonderfull, I would like to know how to think about Robben Ford's playing here, for example leaving silences, small poses in the playing, but I'm not comfortable, yet I have loved Robben Fords style for a long time. Thank you for your talent and your sharing.

You can think of thematic playing: play a small line, take a pause and repeat the line, and maybe alter it a bit. And so on..Thanks

Hey man I have you blues guite tone soloing, you did at truefire. I have a question: Do you use pentatonic minor/major the whole time and you add tones or do you use full major scale and modes?
@MarkoKarhu3 жыл бұрын
Hey Jaka, I am thinking more and more in pentatonic major/minor and adding to them. Or thinking of chord tones/arpeggios and adding to them. Seems I rarely think of a full on scale or modes. Thanks!
@canesd3 жыл бұрын
Just unreal. So perfectly executed. Out of curiosity, how long does it take you to transcribe/learn a solo like this?
@MarkoKarhu3 жыл бұрын
Thanks! It depends on the solo and you get faster in transcribing and learning the solo after doing a few.

What's your gain & master level in your Two ROck? Any attenuator?

Think it was: first gain 2 o'clock, 2nd gain 1 o´clock, first master 10 o'clock, main master at noon
