Markonahalli Dam - Travel vlog.
This video is on our visit to markonahalli dam, which is close to 100kms from Bangalore.
There is no parking charge - no entrance fees - yes, almost no maintenance!
There are around 75 to 80 steps - which are steep & uneven - not senior citizens friendly, as no railings to support.
To enter inside gate - they ask for rs.20 per head which is unofficial entry though. Making videos near gate was not allowed - I came few meters aways & did recording of these clips.

Is this place good for pre wedding shoot

As far as I know, lush green locations are preferred for pre wedding shooting. This place is not that greenery filled and the park has no maintenance. However, you still try shooting covering back water and park view from the top. Looks good. Try with a dark colour dress , as light colour might mix with bright sun and background. Also - as it gets hot in summer, plan to complete before 9am or 9.30am at max. Please be careful and ensure not to enter the back water area even though some people opened fencing unofficially, it's dangerous.
