Hi mark ... batteries are available on line via the website.... wouldn't worry too much I've got ebikes batteries 7 years old still fine :) Any problems you have to submit a tickets online with these Chinese bikes Cheers mark

Just bought mine, and in 2 days it stopped working the motor already. A bit upset, but lets see what the company can do for me. Got in touch by chat. Waiting for their response.

A good price for a lot of bike …. Only thing that bothers me about this and many of the ‘cheaper’ bikes is the longevity of the battery and getting it replaced when it looses capacity

I have a five year old ancheer E bike and the battery is still 90 % good ..I guess the batteries are cheap to replace...all good 👍 Cheers mark

@@markpulling12 can’t say that are cheap, £350 to replace the battery on my wife’s Kalkoff !!

they ruined those bikes with pedal assist, iv friends with pain on knee movement. the old version was damaged knee friendly not theose ones
