I purchased the Cfmoto 250nk from Poole Moto, few years back. I absolutely loved it, had some amazing riding on it and was so fun to ride. Never had any problems with it. Traded in the end as just wanted to move up to bigger bike. I was tempted to get the 650nk but it made more sense to buy a slightly used Honda CB650r for similar money as new 650nk. As unfortunately the NK would have deprecated badly. But don't be afraid if you fancy one as they are nice bikes, bit like the newer Yamaha,s in build quality standards. Keep it nice n clean n waxed n regular oil changes n be all good. Thanks for reviewing bike👍

CFmoto are knocking it out the park at the moment. Strong Duke vibes visually, but the two biggest pluses for me are price and seat height. Gonna assume insurance is pretty affordable on these as well. This is a strong contender for an all rounder, commuting and sunny Sunday spins. Bet its great for filtering in morning rush hour traffic.

seeing elbows in the rear view mirrors is actually a good feature, in the evening or at night you dont get blinded by the lights of cars behind you, if you need to see behind you just tuck your elbow half a second while you look when you want to, otherwise its no distractions that would be tiresome on the eyes

I just purchased the 2022 650nk US version for $3999 (brand new had 1 mile on odometer) and out the door was $5800. I was looking to buy the 800nk but for the price, I couldn't pass this bike up. It's really good so far. Meets expectations and is really fun to ride. Brakes are incredible. Most of its power kicks in about 6800 rpm to redline and it pulls really nice up top. I've maxed it out at 132mph (gps). Super comfortable and has been trouble free so far. I've put 1000 miles on it so far. Did first service and everything was in order. Oil looked free of debris and no issues. I have no regrets. Very agile and just perfect for what I wanted in a bike.

Literally same story here haha! Buying a 2023 650NK because the dealer needs to get rid of it and I wanna get rid of my Harley. Getting the 650 for $5500 out the door and can't pass that up comparing to the 800

@@ne.laser_jon congrats man... It's a really great bike. Not the most powerful but it's got enough juice for the casual rider. Such a good bike for the money. Now have 1500 miles and zero issues. Seat is a bit hard at first but after riding it a bit, the seat gets more comfortable. Get lots of compliments also.

Mark as I compare to my Trident 660 this bike has a good price but is also 19HP down and 18kg heavier. I don't want a middle class bike with the weight of a big bike. Compared to my Yamaha FZ1 Fazer which is wet 220kg but has 150HP, this is not good enough. CF Moto needs to reduce the weight of their bikes. Voge is starting to do that, their 350 AC is 165kg dry that makes it around 175kg wet for 40HP. Maybe I am comparing things that can not be compared but this is my point of view on this. Excellent review like always Mark, your still one of the best doing this.

Five Star bike. CF Moto for the money are impossible to beat. Very Scrambler like but sensibly kitted out with road tires, and all the other modern day extras that cost a fortune on other premium bikes. CF Moto are annihilating opposition with these Kawasaki powered bikes and if they build a classic motorcycle at these prices, they'll drive a stake through the heart of Triumph and Royal Enfield. I liked the Ducati Scam 800 you tested recently Mark, but this bike is half the price and it's " dare l say it " as good 👍

5499 GBP is a really good price. I remember when I bought my Honda XRV750 RD04 in Tokyo in 1992, the price in England was over 5,300 GBP new. Like on a lot of CFMotos, the downpipes are vulnerable. These bikes have been available in Thailand for several years. I first saw one in 2018. I've just checked: it retails for 185,000 THB / 4,300 GBP here. Nick J

they have been in the UKfor several years, just used to be sold under the WK Bikes name, CFMoto have taken sales and parts back under their own banner and have a distribution deal with KTM so KTM dealers also now sell and service CFmoto

I was looking at these, as well as the Honda cb500f, fuel tank capacity is very similar, but the price difference is in favour of this bike, though mpg isn't, I know these bikes are good, but it's just the reputation and service intervals of honda in general, plus the dealership is upto spec with honda, and they are everywhere. I think these bikes are ktm built/owned. Though I might be wrong. Honda cb500f or this bike? I think I might know your answer 😅. Cracking review as always Mark, see you on your next adventure 🤙 🤟 👍

Dunno how much a cb500f is where you live, but usually they are a bit overpriced, and you can get an SV650 for that money. Did you not consider the SV ? I got one this year as my 1st bike, from 2016, they are a blast ! Much better than a cb500f. I`ve done my drivers license driving on a cb500f and they are not even close.

Good review there Mark, and i have to say, Chinese bikes have come along in leaps and bounds, BUT, that 3,000 mile service interval is something to consider. If you`re going to buy one as a commuter bike, and do 6,000 miles per year, that`s 2 services. It`s all very well these bikes being cheaper (albeit by not a lot) than their europen and Japanese counterparts, but it won`t take long before the extra servicing costs makes them more expensive to run than any of the Japanese and european counterparts. The same goes for the likes of Royal Enfield etc, yes they`re cheap to buy, but, they are expensive to run on a daily basis. Once again, a ggood review, and yes, i do like the look of it, but certainly not in black, a hate black bikes, they look boring, that white one really looked smart.

I was gunna get the gt 650 and ended up getting a Honda CB 500 x yes it's less horsepower and less torque but it's very comfortable and reliable

these are now £4449 OTR a bargain buy just need confirmation on service intervals which where 6k km or 4k miles some dealers says they have been extended to be in line with KTM a lot of sources have confirmed the 700clx is now 6k mile services up from 3 so in theory could the NK goto 8k miles

@@chrispekel5709 it is somewhere on record that I have seen somewhere but just think about it logically for a few minutes, there is a lot more of this that goes on than most realise, for instance Honda have licenced Loncin to build their 500 twin engine that is now appearing in various different bikes, obviously KTM are allowing CFmoto use their parallel twin and an earlier version of one of their V twins

Isn't that a Kawasaki license engine? If so, I'm surprised that the vibrations are low, because the Ninja 650 was the most vibey engine I've tried, even worse than the Kawasaki W800 with the 360 crank.... 270 crank is the way to go for parallel twins!
