Так что резюмируем: >>мусоровозы и баки + система вывоза для тех мест, что самые загрязняющие (в России тоже нужно в деревнях систему строить, ибо в городах мусор вывозят, а вот деревнями никто особо не занимается) >> налог на пластиковую упаковку >> убрать налоги для мусороуборочных и перерабатывающих фирм ( а вот за сжигателями следить, за ними контроль нужен) >>распространять и популяризировать эту тему. It reminds me of the tree planting thing. In an odd way, donating $1 to plant a tree makes people too satisfied in feeling like they made a big difference. (Not hating on tree planting or beach cleanup volunteers, they’re super awesome). But these problems run much deeper.
