OMG My grandmother worked as a housekeeper for a Jewish Family for over 20 years. They would always send our large family Gefilte Fish home by my Grandmother after the holiday. I love this Fish and I have had the blessing of sampling Mother Markus' fish each year. I love it. Thanks for sharing but no one does it like you Mother Markus. Lots of Love. Evelyn
