1:05 / 6:31 Markwayne Mullin is such a liar. He inherited his fathers established and successful plumbing company plus other businesses his father had established. So stating that he started his business career from a position of `minus´ is wilfully deceitful.

Sean O'Brien was smiling through this exchange because this is exactly what he was looking for. This committee hearing, which nobody would even know was happening if it wasn't for this exchange, is now in the news cycle. On top of that, Markwayne Mullin made a whole bunch of comments that can now be fact checked and proven false. He just made himself the poster child of greedy CEO's, where his comment like "I came from less than nothing" will get played on a video and then followed up with the fact that he inherited his father's plumbing business or that he only payed himself a $50,000/year salary when he has reported yearly salaries on his taxes as high as $200,000/year when he was CEO. The Teamsters have a media department bro, you can't get away with stating blatantly false things on camera and not expect to feel the consequences for it. Seriously, what was Markwayne Mullin thinking? What did he hope to gain from this? O'Brien was just sitting there thinking "THERE is the idiot I was looking for. Maybe I can throw in some verbal jabs and get this moron to spout more garbage for me to use later."

"You hid money," O'Brien retorted, drawing pushback from the senator. But in 2013, then-Rep. Mullin reportedly pocketed more than $600,000 from the companies in violation of House ethics rules and federal laws limiting how much outside income members of Congress are allowed to receive. Although Mullin transferred ownership of the companies to his family, he continued to serve as a board member and chief advertiser while raking in hundreds of thousands of dollars. - salon

That’s hilarious. I work for UPS as a driver and was never pressured to be in the union. The Union steward simply came to me with a sign up sheet and asked me if I would like to part of the Union. I said I wanted to think about it and I’d get back to him. 2 weeks later I signed up, and during that period I was never pushed or harassed.
