That crispy rice is called TAHDIG in Iran , its a common method of cooking rice in Iran , you shall try that then you will see the real taste of TAHDIG !! 🙂

If there’s a form of sea life that can be found up to a kilometre deep, the Asian peoples will find it and make something delicious out of it. I have seen pink giant porcelain crabs in expensive Sydney restaurants, from deep seamount habitats, hauled up by destructive purse nets rolling down the mounts and trashing everything in their path. For years to come.
