The best thing about Mark Wiens videos is that you always feel like your right there with him, just chilling on the beach, the restaurant, the food cart, eating some seriously delicious food with some good friends having a great time doing it. That authenticity and the impackable good vibes that Mark is radiating out are truely astonishing and one of a kind. Everytime i watch some of his videos im engulfed in fumes of friendly food culture, showing the hospitality that preparing and sharing meals creates in every single culture, experiencing one of humanities common denominators, having a meal together and sharing some stories

Steve the owner at the Clam Shack - there's something really genuine and honest about him and his food. Yea, he's not the original founder, but as a new owner that took custody of the legacy I think he's love of the food is reflected in his foods. I never had it and don't know what it tastes like, but I can tell it will be great when I have it. Putting down Clam Shack on my list - thanks Mark/Steve!

mark saying that one lobster roll was underwhelming is the first time i've ever heard him say such a thing on camera... unless someone can reference other instances in which he's vocally not liked something? been watching for years and can't recall. certainly there's times where his body language and reaction suggest he's not into something- but this is the first time he's ever (to my knowledge) actually said it. that must've been one gnarly lob roll.
