Did you watch his vid for neck exercise? Can you invite him out for coffee (you pay) and ask him if he could do a timed video of his neck exercise routine that one could watch 5 days a week? Just ask, what's he gonna do, say No?

Indian Clubs have been ordered. I can hardly wait to get started with Wildman Athetica. I love Mark's attitude and approach to fitness for adventure / fitness for life. I think Mark has designed the perfect system for people to get back in the game. I have spent the past month watching his videos to prepare myself mentally to train for the rest of my life.

Crazy - I have only done a few of these stretches/warmups for neck and shoulder before watching this. Note, I have tightness across my shoulders from sitting and working all day. OK the crazy part is that I did this along with you and was astonished at how much these minimal movements actually hit the area which I mentioned is tight from stress/work or basically ignoring this area. THANK YOU! These will ALL be a part of my warm up, each day.

Thank you! I homeschool, and I'm going to make this a morning routine with my 3 kids. I also look forward to doing it myself with them. My shoulder and neck feels so good right now! I've always been told to stretch the way you said not to! Considering how screwed up my neck and shoulders are, I believe you!

Just because everyone tends to do it wrong or.... without focus.... the ground version of the stretch is fine post training, but I’m not a fan of long static stretches pre training
