I marketed direct on accident yesterday, ended up visiting 5 offices collecting 10 cards total. Kept it at a light first impression. It took me 3 years to get here // on accident because at first i wanted to go on zillow to open houses but didn’t want to schedule an appointment and waste time that a customer could use

This was so great. I love these interviews and I've watched this one three times. I'm just starting out. I literally bought the course a week ago. I'm not really thinking about 6 figures. I just need to get out of a toxic environment and replace that income plus a little more. It would be great if you cover the reality people face: he makes $28,000 his second year, so who paid his rent/bills? Obviously he doesn’t live alone like some of us with $2250 rent for a 1bd apartment…also, I have never seen $100k a year, many of us are barely making our bills even after working over 100hrs in a pay period with no nest egg.

Hey Heather! This is honestly a great question/comment and a very valid one! I moved out at 17 with $100 and slept in my car and on couches and worked my way up to better “lifestyles” in life. I’ve lived on my own since that age and have had no roommates since 20 years old. It definitely wasn’t easy and I was hustling in many other ways like instacart/doordash to make ends perfectly meet those years. While still obtaining complete freedom of my life and scaling the business. As I said in the interview, I would have liked to utilize my time more efficiently as I most likely wouldn’t have reached those tougher moments had I done so. Trust me girl I was barely paying those bills and just scraping by 😂 but even in those moments, I was happier than I was before. You’ve got this and I’m rooting for you more than anyone else!!! ❤️‍🔥🔥
