Loleatta's part were adopted from her single "Love Sensation", and did you know that BlackBox were using her voice track illegally for their dance song "Ride On Time" in the 90s, and using a model for lipsyncing in the music video and live on stage? Loleatta sued them for using her voice samples without her permission and wins the battle. Unlike BlackBox, Marky Mark done it wisely, and he even asked Loleatta to be on stage with him. That's cool! R.I.P Loleatta Holloway. The BlackBox dance group issue is not just Loleatta who sued them. Another singer, Martha Wash, ex-member of The Weather Girls also sued them for not crediting her name as the singer in many of their tracks. C+C Music Factory also did the same thing to Martha for their popular hit, Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now).

@Tourist-Q.3 жыл бұрын
@@feloniouskapers239 I actually did experience life before social media... And what's funny is: A lot of people that are active on Facebook, maybe even the most, were born in the 1970s.... They do stuff like delete people from their buddy list... I know a woman that works in the admistration of a company, she was born in 1977... She got into an argument with one of her co-workers and deleted him on Facebook. And she grew up in a time when none of that was existent. It's even funny to me. Obviously the music and sound has changed a lot, culture and mentality has changed a lot, but I disagreed with the comment that said "Everyone is having fun and enjoying themselves..." - Sorry to burst yout bubble, but that's exactly what today's young people still do... It's just a different sound, different mentality and different culture.

As songwriter and producer for Mark Wahlberg on this song, his second single, and two albums, I had a wonderful experience putting this project together. Donnie Wahlberg and I had formed a partnership as producers and we pulled off the ultimate production when Mark's first single "Good Vibrations" went platinum. The very next single "Wildside" sold over 800,000 copies, and the album went double platinum. This is not usually what happens with a brand new artist, but Mark had what it took to take it to the next level. He had the looks, the charm, and the stage presence. 30 years after the release of #goodvibrations we put out a brand new version to commemorate the first one. My youtube page has that version's video posted on it. Again, thank you for sharing and thanks for the love over the years. We are all appreciative of your support through the years!

You can just tell by this performance how insanely dedicated he was. That body -- hours of consistent work and discipline. He's performing live, there's no track. He knew he had to prove that he could rap, and he did. And he was, what, 19 years old then? And he doesn't miss a beat. Obviously having his brother come from one of the biggest pop acts in history helped. But that kind of connection only goes so far. You still have to show the public that you are a star. And you can tell Mark was so ready to become a star, and he worked really hard at it. I admire that.

People disliking this video can't find the like button. Or they can't dance, don't have any vibes or just wiredly like bashing others to make themselves feel good. Mark Wahlberg!!!! Thank you so much for the good vibration 🥰❤️
