The wwf hardcore belt was a huge part of the attitude era. Many fans still miss it and it produced some excellent moments and matches. Crash holly, rvd, Jeff hardy, test and rhino were just some of the guys that benefited from their time in the division. But in 1999 wcw decided it was a good idea to copy them and also have a hardcore belt. Why not they had lots of ex ecw guys in the roster. What could go wrong.
