I got my braces off last year, and I wore them for two years and they aren't that bad. Trust me, you'll get used to them! I actually grew to love mine and saw them as an accessory and was kind of sad when I got them off. When you have a perfect smile it'll all be worth it!

I only broke one bracket in the whole 2 years I had braces and it wasn't from chips, candy, etc. You could do it!!! :-[)
