Finally the film is available on Amazon prime. It's on French monologue with English subtitles. Personally I appreciate the movie 🎥 a unique combination of Dietrich stunningly beautiful languorous and Gabins male approach to feeling betrayal (which wasn't true- her character tittalated other male prospects to her survival, yet she chosed to remain faithful to her apparent feelings new to her for him). A heartbreakingly Love story. 🌱❤️🎶 Andy Williams voice adds to the poignancy of the chosen scenes. Lovely 🌹.

I wish I could find this movie on dvd! It's such a shame it is so rare. They had great chemistry in their acting, probably because of their off screen chemistry. Although the ending of this film bothers me. Thanks for the great post!
