How long does it takes for the ripples to fade, and is there a solution for the ripples?

We recommend laying the marley out in a warm space (upper 70s to 80s degrees). Don't let the marley touch anything else in the room so it has room to relax and lay flat. The amount of time it takes to lay flat can vary depending on the particular product and how long it has been in that condition. If the marley is creased, it is unlikely to lay flat again.

What is the secret to rolling the Marley flooring up squarely onto the 4" core for storage? We had the hardest time keeping the roll squared on the edges as we rolled. We were off by 6 to 12 inches by the end of the roll on some of them.

We recommend having a second person to help. When you start rolling it up, make sure the core is straight across the roll. Roll it tight. Always keep tension on it so it is rolled up on both sides with the same tightness. You should see by the 3rd round rolled up if it is going on with the same tension and is correctly aligned.

What should I do if my Marley is too sticky? I can't turn on it and it feels different then what I usually dance on at a studio.

It could depend on the particular product that you purchased. Also, make sure that you are using the correct side. For example, if you purchased Rosco Adagio Marley, the shiny side is the bottom. For a reversible marley floor, both sides should have a similar feel. You may also need to do a deep cleaning with a recommended cleaner.
