@sbsk2526

@@MCshadr217 Have you ever touched a marlin's bill with your bare hands? its not smooth its very rough like tough sand paper all around, fishermen uses gloves to handle marlin's bill NOT barehands, especially when its moving erratically like that you can definitely get hurt. Plus it looks like the guy just wanted to touch/feel it the way he was tapping it.

Releasing it back in the water wouldn't be a good idea safety wise with all the tourists & people in the waikiki beach water... in 2015 a man died in Hilo Harbor from being speared by a swordfish in the water.

Yeah. I'm sure most the people in the crowd if they had a pair of gloves and weren't so barely dressed could have got it back in the water. Pretty dishonorable of them to kill it.

@Curious Nomad what makes feeding your family dishonorable, dishonorable is someone who eats animals but refuse to acknowledge where the meat comes from
@curiousnomadic
@curiousnomadic 2 жыл бұрын
@@sustainablelifestyle7714 They aren't feeding their family, they are being opportunists and feeding themselves and probably having beers and mac salad with it, and letting off fireworks later on. I don't disagree that it is dishonorable to not acknowledge where your meat comes from, but that has nothing to do with this. These opportunist scumbags and everyone there should have thrown them in the water.
