I believe the receiver is Aluminum. Super Blue won’t work on that.

If you screw up the table your wife is going to have your a## . I just bought a model 60 made in 1985 and plan on doing the same thing, but I have been married for 46 years and I know better than to mess with the wife .So good luck, and I will check back for updates maybe I will learn something.
