Needless to say, Marlisa gave justice to the Metallica song.... While watching it, i noticed that she really is improving, when it comes to showing her emotions, technically she is a very good. If Marlisa had made an album using all the songs she sung on the X Factor from beginning to end in sequence, and sung them as she did live on the X Factor, I know it would have gone GOLD. The performance of this song captures it all and its passion and depth shake me to my bones. It may be two years ago this was on X Factor, but the magnificence of this performance is timeless. So many of these powerful songs chosen by Rohan and sung by Marlisa on X Factor will set a long standing benchmark for years to come. The comments and guidance by Danni were on the money - Marlisa could sing technically with perfection, what she needed to develop was being in touch with the meaning of the songs and expressing it through her face and body language. By the time she did this song she was on the way to mastery.

Marlisa's album, titled "Marlisa" had most of the songs she sang on the show. It went GOLD. Her single, "Stand By You", which came out before her album, went PLATINUM and was nominated for Song of the Year 2015 for an ARIA Music Award. There was talk of another album, but I don't know when that's going to be released.
