LYRICS: Lot to prove lot to lose lotta weight gotta move Gotta wait gotta choose gotta drank lotta fuel Gotta pay lotta dues gotta wake lotta snooze Gotta play by the rules, lotta days, gotta lose/ Lotta fake lotta news, lottery, chances slim Lot of they fancy him, lottem say can’t be him Gotta stay champion, til lotta they champion Lotta hope, lotta pain, lot was lost, more was gained/ ‘Fore the fame, lotta folks, i won’t name, had lotta jokes Lotta smoke gotta see, lot is said, gotta be Lot misled, gotta teach, lot of men got envy hidin Lot of folks who got a lot got lots of emptiness inside em/ Lotta lots, gotta build, lotta blocks got lotta ills Lotta lot the issues got a lot who got em locked or killed Lotta dark gotta shine, lotta hearts don’t got a beat Lotta mouths would got a lot to say if they just got to speak We don’t really got a lotta time. Got a lotta time, no no I done gave a lotta mine, a lotta mine to what don’t grow But you ain’t got to got a lot to got a lot to give You aint gotta got a lot to got a lot to give You aint gotta got a lot to got a lot to give, no They was sleep and now they tryna eat bitch i dont run a bed and breakfast I want to get em back i feel myself gettin selfish Tryna figure what success is, livin free and reckless? Beatin the check to check shit? That when you drop they check shit?/ I try to not wan try to make shit that they all impressed with It’s hard to reach objectives when it’s all subjective I think success is feelin blessed with all that you been blessed with Without needin all that bad dopamine that we all inject with/ That buzz from that buzz in my pocket aint a good high But fuck playin the good guy, they tried to play me They tried to paint me wit a blindfold instead of usin their good eye I pitched and they passed on me and their coaches were like “good eye”/ And i want take a bat to em, but fuck is retribution I get live each day wit passion kids live in destitution In our own very nation, feel like my soul can relate I’m a complicated union of emotional states/ So is success findin peace? Cuz i got a lotta problems but got even more to give Is it bout what i get, or about what i can bring? If i dont leave my successors the loot can i still be big? Lemme know HOOK

My wife has always told me she feels overwhelmed with emotions when she listens to new J. Cole music. Overwhelmed to the point she has to pause the music and finish later. everything she hears is music to her ears in every way so she has to take her time to listen to it and take it in when she's ready. I'm 33 and been a fan of the greatest to ever do in my generation. Jay-z was my guy coming up. But I've never had that feeling my wifes talked about. Until now. Every aspect of Marlon's music hits the mark and does it in ways that I've never felt before. It resonates with my soul in ways I didn't know Id ever feel listening to music. It's wild. Salute to MC 🙏🏾

@@braidontennantOh i’ve ever heard of those two, so they must not be any good! Oh wait, well the one’s fat as fuck, so he can’t be good, and the other has silly facial hair & wears bandanas funny, he can’t be any good either. What a shame that my underdeveloped brain bases my opinion of artists on their appearance, or else i might discover something new! I also have nothing to add to videos of small youtubers (not for long, MC) with big talent other than my well constructed, prefectly well thought-out negative comments on a dude’s appearance. I also think Lil Xan is the greatest rapper alive
