Another thing I appreciated about the 80s, for the most part, the young people then was in great physical shape, and thin. Marlon did his thing in this video.

I love this song, it sounds a little like Michael Jackson's "Wanna Be Startin Something" Marlon did do that & Randy look good, I like his little booty shake..lol & the 80's aesthetic is bomb as usual! Great video!👍🏾

Such a clean, fun time period. Everybody in shape,,dressing well, and looking good. I think Marlon would've went further, but he became a family man too soon. He and Michael were real tight as kids, but branched off in different directions as they got older. I always enjoy watching the Jacksons doing their thing in their prime.

I enjoyed the video I love learning about The Jackson's as a whole I learnt about them at the same time I love watching old video's of them especially interviews of them all together you get to see them as a family. I hate how people try to tear them down and apart based on rumors. That the media put's out there especially when they try to say that they are not close just because they don't always work together or always together. Michael said it him self they are liars and they want to sale stories and the lie's are better and sale more than the truth. They are one of the few great black talent's that we have left and we need to be proud of what they achieved as a family a black family at that. No matter if you like all of them or have your favorites or like none of them they are the most famous family in the world whether they are being talked about in a good or bad light they are being talked about and no other family has been famous as a whole. People like to say that he separated him and his kids from his family but for a while he had the wrong people separating him from his family because they cared about his well being and the people that was separating them from him was stealing from him and giving him pills. Do you watch the MJCast on youtube they interviewed Tito, Taryll, TJ, and Taj who they interviewed first and they interviewed him a few times they share great stories about him and sad ones Taryll told a sad one about a movie they was watching and they was talking bad about Michael I forgot what the movie was. they also interviewed a women that worked for him and a few of the family members her name is Carol Lamere she talks about his camp having at least a suitcase worth of pills and she was carrying one of his bags and didn't know they had pills in them because she didn't go through people's stuff I forgot how she fount out. They also interviewed his bodyguard Bill Whitfield I enjoy his interviews in another interview with MJ Bookclub he talks about how the family was being separated from him and he said that they would tell him to look after him. And not to mention a year before he died he was talking on the phone to Tito speaking to a crowd in a show called the Jackson's are coming to Devon and he was suppose to be with them as well as Janet but the security that they had at the time Matt I believe he is one of the guys that said that he is the father of Bigi Jackson or either one of the kids and he sued them it all plays out on the show you can see this man who is head of security seem like a great friend to Tito especially he is very protective of his family and it takes him a long time to trust people and the man said something like this in this tv special and than when they are about to leave the Lady and her camera crew go ahead of the family and see's Matt talking to media and telling them what the Jackson's are doing and Katherine was there with them and I think she told Janet and Michael not to come. You can see their "friendship" crumble right on the show which is said because at the end Tito talks about this happening all the time and trying to find if people are genuine or just want something from you and I felt so bad because it takes him a long time to trust and he said that Matt was younger than his youngest son and Matt who is a martial artist had the nerve to say that he would beat up Tito the disrespect.

After this the Jacksons lost fame because Michael release BAD and they do the Jacksons 2300 with a little phrase of Michael on the song :2300 Jacksons street and the rest is history.
@anthonydevereaux31792 жыл бұрын
I believe the album & song would've went further chart wise & sells if Micheal would allowed them to perform a few of the new Victory album songs on the quote" Victory " tour, but Micheal was on some ego stuff back then. When the show opened up with " Wanna be starting something" they could've followed that song with Marlon song "Body" since the groove is so similar.
