I’ve been a massive fan of the Wayans family ever since In Living Color 30+ years ago. I’m a 42 year old white man and as a kid, I didn’t see that show as a “black show” or as a mostly black cast… I just saw it as a f**king hilarious show that helped shaped my comedic taste to this very day. I adored everyone on that cast. To see Marlon act so incredibly racist and hateful towards his cousin for being white and blame him for the actions of his great-grandfather makes me incredibly disappointed and disgusted. How the hell is that man responsible for what his ancestor did??? No one is responsible for what someone did in the past. I guarantee Marlon has ancestors that did horrific things just like pretty much everyone on the planet. No one is responsible for what some relative did before they were born! Marlon is a piece of sh*t for having such a bigoted, close-minded, and ignorant heart. That pains me to say.
