Loved this home and loved the size just my style not too big and extra room would use for a small child or teenager any homes similar to this price in Clermont near shopping and schools and loved the pantry ♥️I think the kitchen is always a main thing that I look for, I do alot of cooking Lol Also can you buy from another state with an ITN Number? any rent to own programs for a new home? nice a Nasa Program my child would love that

I wish I could see how a home like this comes standard for its base price, no upgrades. I need to stay under $300K out the door.

Believe it or not but this home shown here is actually close to standard! And right now Park square is offering $20,000 towards design or closing costs! These homes come included with quartz countertops, 42 inch cabinets, 9'4" ceilings, brick paver driveway and covered lanai. All of those are usually upgrades with other builders. I just had someone purchase here and they got $8K worth of upgrades for free and got all their closing costs paid.
