I have tried making these. I followed the recipe and I could barely taste the sugar when I put a few spoonfuls in a glass with water. It looks a lot, but you’re not going to consume the whole jar in one sitting. So it’s fine 👌🏻 And it would be a waste if it turns moldy. So I dumped a lot more for the sugar ceiling 😂

Replace the sugar with monk fruit sugar or stevia, that way it doesn't affect you or make you gain weight...I'm pretty sure she uses xylitol, which is sugar alcohol, not real sugar

Thank you! I have been wanting a more detailed look at the way you make the fruit jam drinks and this helps a lot. I have canned on and off all my life, but not exactly the way you do it as I process it in a water bath after jarring, so leaving it at room temperature was different for me but I like it as the taste should be fresher. Anyway, I will try this. Thank you so much!

The marmalade making is so interesting. I have never made marmelade, but I want to try it with apples. I am used to making jam and the process should be very similar, just that there is more water used in marmelade and I have heard that lemon juice helps it make more jelly like. Love the video ❤️
