Excellent presentation. Much appreciated. I have taken other classes but only ones using an actual motorized scroll saw. I like your hand operated unit and plan to build one. A successful foot pedal can be made if pressed by the heel of the foot rather than the toe. This gives more control.

As covered in the video that depends on what you can get. 1/32" to 3/128" is standard.

At 11:27 you used the word "Immediately". I watched the whole video and loved it. I do however think that using the word "immediately" while referring to getting on with it within this video is a stretch.
